Roasted Feta and Grapes

Ingredients:
1 tub | 400 g Tre Stelle® Feta Cheese, drained, patted dry and cut into 1” slices 24 seedless grapes 3 sprigs fresh thyme 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup olive oil freshly ground black pepper 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions:
Grapes: Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Place grapes and thyme on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Using your hands, gently toss together. Roast for approximately 20 minutes or just until grapes begin to crack and burst. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Feta Cheese: Set oven to broil. Place Feta Cheese on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. Bake until cheese softens and browns slightly approximately 5 minutes. Using a spatula, place baked Feta Cheese onto a serving plate; surrounded with roasted grapes. Top with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
